Indian Chicken 65

Description : this recipe is a very spicy , red and deep freid chicken  slice usually served as snack , quick appetizer accompanied by onion slices , slit green chilies and lemon wedges .

Ingredients : 
  • 2 teaspoons cornflour
  • 1/2 teaspoons Aji no moto ( MSG ) 
  • 4-5 curry leaves-chopped 
  • 2 teaspoons Ginger/Garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ginger-chopped
  • 1 teaspoons Garlic-chopped 
  • 1/2 tsp each Teaspoons Cumin seeds, Pepper powder, chilli powder, salt 
  •  2-3 drops Red color(if desire) 
  • 2 Lbs Chicken-dark meat(boneless thigh meat)
  • 4-5 Green Chilli
  • 1/2 Bunch Coriander leaves-chopped 
  • 1 egg
  • oil
Directions : 
  • First , Put chicken pieces in a large bowl ( use dark meat cause it is juicy and so nice when fried ) , add salt , Aji-no-moto , pepper powder-pinch , 1 tsp ginger/garlic paste , cornflour and mix . after that add 1 egg and mix again .
  • Heat oil in a large fring pan , add Add chicken pieces few at a time until lightly golden brown-Drain and remove on a paper towel .  
  • To make the sauce : heat 2-3 tsp oil in a frying pan , add the chooped ginger , cumin , garlic and suate until fragrant , add hopped chillies ,1 tsp ginger/garlic paste , chilli powder , curry leaves , remaining pepper powder , salt,chilli/garlic paste, aji-no-moto, red color and mix . last step , cook for about 5-6 minutes . add a little water and the chicken and toss lightly-Stir in the coriander leaves , serve Immediately  .
