Ingredients :
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 2 slices rye bread, toasted
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- 2 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 large eggs, beaten
how to prepare :
- first of all Heat a skillet over medium heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add broccoli, and cook for 3 minutes .
- then Combine feta , egg and dill in a small vessel . Add egg mixture to pan. Cook 3 to 4 minutes; flip omelet until cooked through .

2- Honey Grapefruit with Banana :-
Preparation time : 5 minutes
Ingredients :
- 1 (24-ounce) jar refrigerated red grapefruit sections
- 1 cup sliced banana
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped mint
- 1 tablespoon honey
how to prepare :
- Drain grapefruit sections, reserving 1/4 cup juice.
- mix grapefruit sections, juice, and remaining ingredients in a small Container .Toss gently to coat.

Ingredients :
- 2 hard-cooked , choppes eggs
- 2 tablespoons low-fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 slices rye bread, toasted
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach
- 1 orange
how to prepare :
- gathering eggs, salt , yogurt, curry powder, bell pepper, and pepper, in a small Container ; then stir them well .
